AmberWave Systems, a presenting company at the TechConnect Summit 2006, completes another successful round of funding.

AmberWave Systems, a company focused on advanced materials technologies, announced that it raised $25 million in later stage funding (Series E). Investors in this latest round included Adams Capital Management and 3i. In its previous four financing rounds, the company raised more than $60 million.
