Nansulate® Protective Coating Being Used By Several Textile Manufacturers

Textile companies are using Nansulate® coating to dyeing machines and heat exchangers for corrosion prevention, energy savings.

Industrial Nanotech, Inc. is a supplier of nano-based specialty industrial coatings, including Nansulate®. Henateks Textile claims it reduced its gas consumption by 20 percent, resulting in six figures savings each year. Nansulate® is a liquid-applied coating that uses a patented nanocomposite insulation. Industrial Nanotech is currently conducting a pilot test in North Carolina with Hanesbrands.
