In this work, we have obtained film heterostructures such as MeO/TiO2 possessing high photoactivity by low-temperature sol-gel method. We have succeeded in obtaining photoactive TiO2-based crystalline coatings, FeTiO3 and CoTiO3, without calcination and possessing an ordered structure and regularly distributed magnetic field which are traditionally formed at temperatures above 500°С. Thus, we have shown a new method for preparation heterometallic oxide films by low-temperature combine sol-gel approach.
