The present work focused mainly to understand the influence of nanometric size on various properties of Co doped TiO2 system. several investigations were carried out. These results are original and never published earlier. For the first time the materials were prepared by peroxide assisted reflux route. Electronic properties and associated magnetization values are analyzed as a function of nanometric size for the single phase TiO2 nanoparticles. These results are usefull in bio-medial, ferrofluds and spintronic applications
