In the paper the concatenation of the concurrently running two self-replication processes and concurrently running self-replication and self-organization processes has been analyzed and discussed. Basing on the simulation, there was possible to predict the behavior of such a case processes existing in parallel or running mutually in the nanoprocesses implementing the direct materials or products nano-fabrication. Analysis of the interdependent self-replication processes and also, the mutual self-replication and self-organization processes basing on the growth functions, provides facilities for determination of the control of these processes in the sense of the stabilization, process extinguishing, and avalanche proliferation. On the other hand, this approach can be applied in the analysis of the dynamics of conjugated molecular paths existing in the nano-network of signal transduction system in the selected nanoprocess. In the paper, the numerical examples has been presented.
