In this study, electrospinning is a straightforward method to produce anti-ultraviolet polymer fibers. The new types of anti-ultraviolet nano-fibers were produced by polylactic acid (PLA) and benzophenone. We also used different anti-ultraviolet nano particles (TiO2, SiO2) with PLA. The structural and optical properties were investigated using (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy. Results indicated that the benzophenone and nanoparticles have bound shift. To investigation the influence of biocompatibility in fibroblast cells with different ratios. The best conditions were discussed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay and scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation.
