We set up different synthetic approaches to afford new different nanostructures cyclodextrin – low molecular weigh heparin (LMWH) characterized by covalent bonds (amine or amide) between -cyclodextrin and LMWH in different positions of the heparin chain. As far as we know , they are the first examples of this kind of nanostructures. They could sum in one adduct the well-know properties of cyclodextrin and heparin alone and in this direction their potential biological activities will be tested.
