The IP focuses on development of a miniaturized Solid Oxide Fuel Cell hybrid power source for portable electronic equipment. This new type of energy device has the advantage of high flexibility (geographical independence, immediate charging), is environmentally friendly and has an increased energy capacity compared to current Li-ion batteries.
