Nano and MicroTechnology Consultants (NMTC) is a R&D and consulting firm focused on providing development support for early stage start ups to large technology companies. NMTC's services are focused in Bio-MEMS, Micro and Nanotechnology and systems. NMTC seeks to develop partnerships with organizations looking to develop micro-nano system concepts and products. A typical project begins with careful examination of client's concept followed by a development approach that will ensure the success of the feasibility phase. The development plan will utilize the expertise and capabilities of a number of different foundries and R&D organizations across the country in order to produce the prototypes by experts and at lowest cost possible. After a successful development cycle, NMTC will transfer process to production facilities for volume production. NMTC's goal is to become the R&D arm of the partner/client organization and a supplier of MEMS/NEMS components and subsystems. NMTC has had significant accomplishments in E-beam lithography of nanostructures made for a variety of applications, notably the near field microscopy and pattern catalyst for structure growth. The E-beam lithography is also complimented by capabilities in stepper and contact lithography along with plasma etch, deposition (plasma and CVD) and wet chemistry offered by a number of partner foundries.
