Abstract:
The main aim of the present work is to investigate the thermomechanical properties and thermal stability of nanocomposite materials based on epoxy resin matrix reinforced with amine-modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes and clay nanoparticles (Closite 30). Our interest was focussed on the effect of clay filler concentration to thermomechanical properties, degradation behaviour and thermal stability of the nanocomposites.
