Abstract:Semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes (s-SWCNTs) are increasingly being used for making inks for printed or solution processed thin-film transistors (TFTs) in printed and flexible electronics. However, the inherent insolubility of carbon nanotubes in most organic and aqueous solvents and the fact that they always come as a mixture of metallic and semiconducting nanotubes have hindered their widespread applications in printed electronics
