Abstract:Y0.97Ce0.01Yb0.02BO3 nanosheets(a) and micro-rose(b) have the same hexagonal structure, and the intensity of (110) and (100) diffraction peaks of the sample a is stronger than b. Annealing the sample b in different temperature, the higher the temperature is, the stronger the intensity of (002) diffraction peak is. Except (110),(100) and (002) diffraction peak, others intensity is about the same to all phosphors. all the samples can transform the light of 300~400nm to 900~1100nm enhance the absorption of silicon solar cells for sunlight. There are three peaks of wave which are located to 980nm, 992nm and 1012nm respectively. Moreover, the stronger the ultraviolet and visible emission is, the weaker the near infrared emission is. For the sample b annealed at 200℃,it is very rare that the near infrared emission is the strongest among all the sample and the ultraviolet and visible hardly emit, whose quantum efficiency is close to 200%.
