An appreciable number of researchers have analyzed both the genotoxicity and cytotoxicity of nanoparticles in biological systems, noting extensive damage to most body organs, such effects are attributed to: i) the ease of transportation to the body by different mechanisms (inhalation, ingestion, dermal contact and iatrogenic method), ii) their reactivity, size and novel properties different from their macroscopic counterparts, iii) its ease of transport across the human body through the circulatory system and lymphatic systems. Given these observations, the main objective of this paper is to describe the progress made in the design of equipment and protocols for future study of the transport of nanomaterials in biological media. We present the design of a modified diffusion cell for testing dermal penetration of nanomaterials as well as the protocol for testing in the device, also the design of a decellularization system of organs (tissues) and its protocol, in order to obtain extracellular organ matrices in which the transport studies of nanoparticles can be conducted by infusion. Analysis and transport assays will be presented for different kind of nanoparticles (SiO2 , Core-Shell, Au) in these prototype systems.
