Abstract:Influence of an alternating current with various frequencies from 500 to 5000 Hz on silver nanoparticles formation process in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol is investigated. It is shown that influence by an alternating current with frequency 500 Hz leads to growth of nanoparticles, and 5000 Hz promotes destruction of formed agglomerates to smaller size of splinters. Last year’s nanoparticles studying interest has essentially increased. It associates with opening of new perspective possibilities of using nanoparticles in many scientific areas and techniques, in particular, for effective and selective catalysts production, for microelectronic and optical devices elements creation, for new materials synthesis [1]. Silver nanoparticles synthesis was carried out by Keri-Li’s method. Lemon acid and iron (II) sulphate were added to solution of silver nitrate and polyvinyl alcohol in the ratio 1:2 processed by an alternating current. The received solution was mixed during 1h then optical density of solution was measured [2]. UV-spectra were measured on the device UV-1800. The work goal: an estimation of influence of an alternating current on silver nanoparticles formation processes in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol. SEE ABSTRACT
