Abstract:
Departing from two-terminal molecular electronic devices, this paper examines multi-terminal MEdevices. These devices are envisioned to be utilized in emerging molecular gates (Mgates) and neuronal hypercells for expected molecular integrated circuits. High-fidelity modeling and heterogeneous simulations are performed.
