| Abstract: | The control of polymorphism in organic semiconductor films has attracted considerable interest for improvement in the device performance. In the present study, nano-imprinting technology is used to control polymorphism in pentacene film. Furthermore, we demonstrate high-performance organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) with a mobility of approximately 2.5 cm2/Vs based on pentacene films grown on grating-like gate-dielectrics. The mobility anisotropic ratio of two orthorhombic directions approximately 223. |
