| Abstract: | The PEM coatings were applied on magnetic particles and the deposited films were examined by zeta-potential analysis and fluorescence microscope. Additionally, we utilized layer-by-layer deposition method to modify the surface of the micro-channel of the device in order to control cellular interactions inside of the channel. These coatings provided the versatility on introducing chemical and biological functionalities using reactive groups of the PEM films. |
