Abstract:
We have developed the new type of beads mill and succeeded to solve the many problems for nanoparticles dispersion such as reaglomeration and the damage of crystal structure of nanoparticles. We use the centrifugation technology which enables the use of ultra small beads with a diameter of less than 0.05mm for the first time in the world. This technology has leaded the practical application of many nanoparticles in various areas, such as composition materials for LCDs, printings, ceramic condensers and cosmetics.
