Abstract:
In this paper we present a self-consistent solution of carrier transport in thin carbon nanoribbons. An atomistic Schroedinger-Poisson solver is coupled with a deterministic solution of the Boltzmann Transport Equation. Results in ballistic and phonon scattering conditions are presented.
