Abstract:
Mice brain atlas and 3D reconstructed morphology serves a great deal od real time monitoring of pharmacological properties of drugs. Iron oxide based nanoparticles paved the way to get higher resolution and contrast using MRI technique. 3D post-processing further enhances the definition of brain structures such as hippocampus dentate gyrus and other structures.
