Abstract:We set up different synthetic approaches to afford new different nanostructures cyclodextrin – low molecular weigh heparin (LMWH) characterized by covalent bonds (amine or amide) between -cyclodextrin and LMWH in different positions of the heparin chain. As far as we know, they are the first examples of this kind of nanostructures. They could sum in one adduct the well-know properties of cyclodextrin and heparin alone and in this direction their potential biological activities will be tested.
