Abstract:	Oligonucleotides (ONs) such as antisense (ASO) or siRNA have created a need for new technologies that further enable the systemic and targeted delivery of these active principles. Here, we describe amphoteric, fully charge-reversible liposomes as a novel carrier concept that overcomes the limitations in biodistribution of cationic vectors systems while keeping functionality.
