Abstract:	We will present a UV resin designed to protect printed circuit board. The UV resin is cured by cationic polymerisation and present high performances with advantages such as low viscosity, no need of inertisation during curing, very fast curing, dual cure and excellent adhesion on most of the substrates. We will discuss how we have achieved to control the mechanical properties of such coatings thanks to nanoparticles.
