The chromatophores allow self assemble with the negatively charged Qdots through electrostatic reaction. The fluorescence intensity of Qdots not only was vastly different in the solution and on the surface of chromatophores, but also for response of various pH change. It find that individually Qdots is sensitivity to environment pH change from 6-8 range in the solution, however the Qdots – chromatophores was insensitivity to environment pH change, but rather is sensitivity in response of proton transfer in the ATP synthesis/hydrolysis by ATPase. Schematic illustration of Electric Double Layer of Microenvironment of Qdots on the surface chromatophores responses in Proton transfers was described. Analyzing the experimental date, it not only find that the rate of H diffusion speed, when from inside to outside, was slower than that of when outside into inside, but also the outside H induce in response of fluorescence of Qdots- chromatophores degree was very a little. Base on this properties, the availability of the Qdots as pH sensitive probes for proton transfer located at known sites of chromatophores, this is particularly interested in application for selective, sensitive and even convenient optical coder detection individually various virus.
