| Abstract: | We have developed a prototype nano-grade crushing machine that leads to improved yield. The machine utilizes ultrasound in connection with pressure as high as 3400 kg/cm2 to achieve final product with nanometer scale. We have successfully implemented this new technology in the following areas: 1) Soy souse production; 2) antibiotic manufacture; and 3) DNA recombination technology products. In an experiment with terramycin actinomycete, we have achieved an 5% increase of productivity in compassion to conventional methods. This technology can be used in many other applications. |
