Abstract:
We are developing a technique to sequence the DNA with atomic force microsope. A single strand DNA is threaded to cyclodexrn ring and different forces are abserved as purine and oyrimidin pass through the ring. A molecular dynamic study is also done to compare the experimental results and intial experimental results are in accordance with the simulation results.
