Abstract:
We present a new method for applying quasi-static forcing to invariant manifolds without breaking its invariance. This is usefull for modeling biased reduced-order models. The results from initial simulations are very promising and examples spesific for MEMS are currently beeing developed/explored. Combined with one of several possible reduction schemes sutable as a basis for our method, the method can lead to simpler implementation of simulating MEMS devices in circuit simulators.
