Abstract:Highly uniform transition metal ferrite films with controllable thickness and composition can be obtained by finely tuning the reaction conditions through soft chemical synthetic approaches. We report here our initial, successful attempts in developing the liquid phase deposition method for the synthesis of zinc ferrite films with different compositions.Resulting films were investigated with respect of their structure, morphology as well as the physical properties.
