Speaker of the House Pelosi Welcomes Cleantechnology & Sustainable Industries Summit

The Summit kicks off Tuesday October 30th at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel Washington D.C.
WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi today gave her welcome and inspirational best wishes to the Clean Technology & Sustainable Industries Organization (CTSI) for their Cleantechnology & Sustainable Industries Summit. The Summit kicks off Tuesday October 30th at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel Washington D.C.
The Cleantechnology & Sustainable Industries Summit brings together leading business and technology executives and government officials to present the state-of-art in sustainable industry practices and is hosted by the Clean Technology & Sustainable Industries Organization.

The goal of the National Clean & Sustainable Technology Initiative is to establish the framework for a federally funded R&D program to coordinate multi-agency efforts in science, engineering, and technology related to clean technology and sustainable business innovation.”
John Marburger III, Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy will be the keynote speaker for the event which focuses on looking at the needs across many industrial sectors, so the nation can begin to develop a roadmap to organize funding and research and development efforts across industry, academia and government coordinated manner.
