New-England Based Masimo Acquires All Assets of Spire Semiconductor, California

Newly-created Masimo Semiconductor Inc. will take over business operations.

Masimo Semiconductor is a newly-formed company and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Masimo Corporation. Spire Corporation CEO and Chairman of the Board, Roger Little noted in the release, "For the past several years, Masimo has been one of Spire Semiconductor's largest customers. Masimo can now leverage Spire Semiconductor's strengths for an even greater impact on Masimo's industry leading innovations."
