Paper Battery and Ener-G-Rotors each receive six figure investments from the local angel fund
Paper Battery Co., located in the business incubator on the campus of Russell Sage College, recently received a $200,000 investment. Paper Battery seeks to transform power management in the electronics industry by selling a sheet-like device that creates an integrated power plane to supply locally differentiated power needs. Last November, Ener-G-Rotors received $250,000 from Eastern New York Angels. Ener-G-Rotors in New York is focused on heat recovery; they created a cost effective and durable device that turns low-temperature waste heat into electricity.
