PolyFlow and Youngstown State University receive $600K for Waste-to-Fuel Processor project

PolyFlow was selected to present at TechConnect Ventures 2011 in Boston, MA

The grant is being provided through Ohio’s Third Frontier fund, an innovative program created by the state in 2002 to foster growth in technology-focused companies, products, and jobs. Polyflow has developed a patented alternative energy technology that utilizes mixed plastic and rubber waste as a feedstock to produce transportation fuels and chemical intermediates. During the next 18 months, Polyflow will build a 2.5-ton capacity Semi-Work Processor and demonstrate its capacities. Youngstown State University will serve as collaborator and build a testing laboratory and analyze the fuel produced by the PolyFlow system.
