X-FAB now owns a majority share (51%) in German-based MEMS Foundry Itzehoe GmbH. X-FAB is the largest analog/mixed-signal foundry group in the world that manufactures silicon wafers for mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs). The newly named X-FAB MEMS Foundry Itzehoe will play a big role in the implementation of X-FAB’s MEMS strategy.
