Two individuals will receive up to $300,000 over three years to develop and test their innovative ideas to dramatically improve life in Rhode Island.

The 2013 Rhode Island Innovation Fellowship is an annual program focused on bringing solutions developed by Rhode Islanders to the state’s challenges.  The selection panel of seven includes David Dooley, President of the University of Rhode Island and Don Stanford, CIO of GTECH.

The Foundation invites all interested candidates to submit an online application by December 14, 2012. The selection panel will narrow down the submissions and invite semi-finalists to submit a more detailed application and a short video. The two Fellows will be announced in April 2013.
