Qualified submissions will be accepted on an “order of submission” basis (first-come), so we highly encourage you to submit your technologies early. Submissions will be reviewed and notified of acceptance status on a weekly basis.

A focal part of this event will be the NNI Nanotechnology Innovation Showcase. The Showcase will feature nanotech funding success stories – technologies and applications that will be impacting, or are currently impacting the commercial marketplace. Organizations (corporations, labs, universities, start-ups) with nano technologies that have been funded with nano technologies that have been funded by a US government agency (DOD, NSF, DOE, FDA, EPA, USDA, etc.). Non-NNI funded nano-based technologies that are transformational, or have had (will have) major commercial impact will also be considered for the showcase.

Additional Showcase Opportunities:
Organizations that do not have technologies to showcase, have multiple technologies/solutions, or are not accepted into the technology showcase through the application process, are welcome to secure space through a Summit Sponsorship.

Wednesday December 8^th 5:00 - 7:30 pm
Thursday December 9^th 10:00 am - 7:30 pm

Nano Technology Showcase Package

This package is meant specifically to showcase an individual technology that has commercial viability. Your technology will be reviewed based on the following criteria:

Has your technology been partially funded by a NNI supporting agency over the past 10 years?
Is your technology commercially viable? (Basic research applications are not appropriate for this showcase.)
Is the technology transformational or does the technology have the potential for significant market adoption?
Showcase tables are expected to highlight the technology and the expected or existing commercial applications the technology will enable. This is not standard technology poster session.

Showcase Fee: $250 (additionally requires one full-conference registration)

(Must qualify and be approved by organizers under the following criteria to participate in this package. The showcasing organization must have a nanotech focus and be structured as one of the following: NNI Research Center or Center of Excellence, University or Government Research Center, National Lab, Technology Transfer or Commercialization Office, Non-Profit Organization, Government Agency, or Regional Economic Development Initiative.)

If you are accepted for the showcase, you will be provided with an 8' × 8' display space, and a 6' skirted table. You will be sent information to directly purchase other decorator items such as: electrical access, poster board, furniture, etc.
