Zheng Cui Principal Scientist, Group Leader Micro and Nanotechnology Centre Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, UK

Zheng Cui had his PhD degree in 1988 in Electronic Engineering. He joined the Central Microstructure Facility, Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, in 1993 and became a Principal Scientist and group leader since 1999. His specialty is in micro and nanofabrication technologies.

In the past 15 years he has been working on variety of projects and providing micro and nanofabrication solutions in diverse application fields. He is an associate editor for the Journal of Micro/Nanolithography, MEMS and MOEMs. He has authored and co-authored over 190 technical papers, published a book, "Micro-Nanofabrication Technologies and Applications"(Springer 2005), and recently published his second book, "Nanofabrication: Principles, Capabilities and Limits
