Momentum Continues to Build for the Industry's Most Prominent Cleantechnology, Nanotechnology and Biotechnology Conference & Expo
Cambridge, MA – January 27, 2009 - The Nano Science and Technology Institute (NSTI), and the Clean Technology and Sustainable Industries Organization (CTSI), today announced that more than twenty media sponsors have signed up for TechConnect World - taking place on May 3-7 at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

TechConnect World (TCW) features three distinct events - the Clean Technology 09 conference & Expo; the Nanotech 09 Conference & Expo and the TechConnect Summit. These combined events provide an information exchange and marketplace for the latest innovations in nanotechnology, cleantech, and biotechnology. TCW provides a unique forum where executives from Fortune 500 companies discuss their technological needs, start-ups are showcased, leading researchers present their technical advances, and real world needs are matched to real world solutions.

The combined events attract an array of venture capital & investment firms, government agencies, trade associations and media partners - who are interested in partnering with the next generation of companies and technology leaders. To date - the following publications and websites have officially signed on as media sponsors for the combined events:
  1. A to Z of Nanotechnology: www.azonano.com
  2. Alliance to Save Energy: www.ase.org
  3. Agri Digest: www.agridigest.com
  4. EcoWorld: www.ecoworld.com

These media sponsorships form an ongoing partnership between the publications and the show producers to promote their mutual goals. The publications help NSTI and CTSI attract show attendees through advertising and subscriber access. NSTI/CTSI help the publications expand their readership and advertising clientele, through free booth space on site, and through pre-show access to the hundreds of vendors exhibiting at the show. These “win-win” partnerships help all involved enhance their communications throughout the clean-, nano- and bio-tech communities, to find more customers and prospects for their respective offerings.

“TechConnect World matches those who need to spread important messages with those who want to hear them,” said Dr. Matthew Laudon, President of CTSI. “Our events address the issues associated with delivering cleaner, more reliable, and more affordable energy, and we present all of the technologies that make this possible. We’re thankful to our media partners for helping us to get the word out - and we’re looking for more media sponsors as we draw closer to the show.”
