Abstract:
A facile method to high-concentrated solution of gold nanoparticles is reported. Gold nanoparticles with different sizes were synthesized through modified citrate-reduction method by increasing the HAuCl4 and citrate in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). As a modified procedure to gold nanoparticles, PVP-stabilized gold nanoparticles are more stable in a broad range of pH and different buffers than conventional gold nanoparticles without notable cytotoxicity.
