Electromechanical Resonant Properties of Ordered Carbon Nanotube Arrays

Abstract:

In this contribution we report mechanical resonance properties of ordered carbon nanotube arrays as elements of microwave and acoustic nanoelectromechanical systems in continuum approximation for frequency range 0.1 MHz – 70 GHz.
