Abstract:

We demonstrate an organic solar cell with carbon nanotubes, both SWCNT and MWCNT, as the interlayer in a monolithic parallel tandem circuit. We also show computer simulation results for various common scenarios clarifying when it is advantageous to use a series connection or parallel connection.
