Abstract:

Long circulating pH-sensitive liposomes loaded with Paclitaxel were developed and characterized for the encapsulation efficiency, release characteristics and its action on B16F1 melanoma cells (low metastatic). Paclitaxel loaded pH-sensitive liposomes showed better release pattern and promising in-vitro anticancer activity.
