Abstract:
In this article mainly BKL(Bortz,Kalos, Lebowiz) montecarlo simulation have been discussed to analyze the growth mechanism of 1D ZincOxide nanowires in aqueous soluion including its different parameters,e.g precursor, cappingagent, temperature,time, and diffusion, to understand the underlying growth phenomena.
