Abstract:
The technologies: ammonia and urea electrolysis provide novel mechanisms to clean industrial wastewater, which is highly contaminated with toxic pollutants such as ammonia, urea, and other chemical and metallic compounds. The process removes urea and ammonia from wastewater by their electrolysis in an alkaline medium with hydrogen cogeneration.
