Abstract:

Abiotic, artificial receptor technology is integrated into massively parallel nanostructured array devices for laser desorption ionization (LDI). This selectively amplifies and/or selectively attenuates individual biomarkers and other analytes in complex mixtures for facile high-throughput assay of human disease.
