Abstract:
A novel technology allows treating the surface of most particulate, temperature sensitive materials by a “remote plasma” process at ambient pressure. Up to now, this had primarily been limited to low pressure environment. This process is continuous, scalable and could potentially be used to functionalize or nano-coat particles.
