Abstract:

Phage BioCatalysis involves industrial-scale enzyme production by expressing enzymes on the surfaces of bacteriophages. The method consolidates bioprocessing steps (purification and separation steps not necessary), eliminates the need to source enzymes externally or store them, and gives time and cost savings (no transport costs, minimal waste generated).
