Abstract:A supported lipid bilayer provides an excellent platform for biosensors. Microfluidic-based approach requires small sample volumes on short time scales and allows multiplexing detection. Here we describe the use of microfluidic channels in combination with epifluorescence microscopy to detect biomolecules at biointerfaces with high selectivity and sensitivity.
