Kelvin Nanotechnology Ltd is a provider of nanofabrication solutions for industry and academia, delivered through the state of the art James Watt Nanofabrication Centre (JWNC) at the University of Glasgow. The James Watt Nanofabrication Centre has 750m2 of cleanroom space with a world class electron beam lithography capability. The facility comprises comprehensively equipped cleanrooms housing molecular beam epitaxy, nano-imprint lithography, RIE and PECVD, photolithography and device testing equipment. Kelvin Nanotechnology (KNT) produces high end nanofabricated devices and prototypes for the semiconductor, optoelectronic, bioelectronic and nanoelectronic market places. KNT is experienced in fabricating prototypes for tissue engineering, micro/nano fluidics and lab-on-a-chip applications.
