Headwaters Technology Innovation’s (HTI) NxCat™ technology allows catalyst design to take place on the molecular scale. NxCat™ technology enables scientists to control the structure and function of catalyst particles smaller than 10 nm.

HTI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Headwaters Incorporated (NYSE: HW), was established to develop and commercialize business opportunities around the NxCatâ„¢ technology platform. HTI is developing strategic partnerships with dynamic companies such as Evonik (EvonikHeadwaters) and Sumitomo Chemical for the development of catalysts and novel nanomaterials.
