The high tech industry faces a growing matrix of complex legal and regulatory requirements impacting the product life cycle and ongoing efforts by companies to create greener products. This presentation will review and update what companies involved in the creation, engineering, development, marketing and production of high tech products need to know to be compliant and fully aware of these laws and their impact on individual businesses and technologies.
